Our Support HelpDesk is manned from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. If your support query is outside these hours and business critical (i.e. your entire network is down, or e-mail for all users is not working), please contact us on this telephone number:

If you require remote assistance, or are instructed that you need to provide remote access to your computer, please download the RCN Support tool and let us know your session ID number.
